Improve Fleet Safety with our Scorecard Enhancements
Safety Scorecard Enhancements
We are putting driver safety into an even sharper focus in 2025. We recently rolled out several enhancements to our driver safety scorecard to make it more useful for our users. These enhancements are based on feedback from several field service safety leaders. They are precursors to several exciting new features in the works that will help automate fleet safety and further reduce your risk!
Safety Scorecard Summary Graph
The safety scorecard now includes a graph that displays the number of drivers within each scoring range (i.e. 70-80, 80-90, 90-100, etc). This helps large fleets get a high-level view of their fleet’s safety performance. The data can also be used to set goals for fleet safety.
Safety Scorecard Date Selection
User’s now have the ability to run safety scorecard reports for a time range of their choosing by using our calendar date filter. This gives fleets the ability to compare different time periods when evaluating improvements in fleet safety.
Safety Scorecard Algorithm Update
We enhanced the algorithm that calculates the Safety Score to provide you with more accurate scores for vehicles that have lower mileage during the reporting period. This will provide fleets with more consistent scoring on a day-to-day basis.
Safety Scorecard Report
We separated the Safety Scorecard from the Benchmarks report to make it easier for our users to access. This also reduces any potential confusion between the two reports.
Notification Profile Enhancement
We now alert fleet administrators when vehicles are removed from notification profiles. This ensure that fleet managers are notified when another user makes changes to notification profiles that could impact vehicle alerts and scorecard profile settings.
Map Scrolling
We corrected an issue that would cause the map to continuously scroll when mouse clicks are made in a certain sequence.
Map Following Vehicles
Maps will now follow moving single vehicles that are selected in the map filter. This gives you the ability to watch vehicles on the map as they travel.
Map Legend
We resolved an issue where the map legend would not display on the maps.
Speed in KPH
We now display vehicle speeds and posted speed limits in KPH both in the breadcrumb history and speeding reports. This is beneficial for our international customers who use the metric system.
Landmark Quick Create
We resolved an issue that would prevent a landmark and restricted zone from being created within the map popup. This helps users who want to quickly create landmarks and restricted zones “on the fly”.
Servicetrade Chrome Extension
We resolved an issue with the Servicetrade Chrome extension that would prevent the vehicle labels from attaching to the vehicle icons.
User Activity Report
We resolved an issue that would prevent child users from being displayed in the User Activity report filter.
Landmark Bulk Uploader
We updated our bulk landmark uploader to support all of the fields that can be added to landmarks. This includes client names, phone numbers, email addresses, entry and exit alerts, etc. These additional fields can pre-populate fields in our dispatching module to save users time.
Safety Scorecard Defaults
We resolved an issue that would prevent posted speed infractions from displaying on the Safety Scorecard if the vehicle(s) are not assigned to a notification profile.
