Manage your fleet's lifecycle
We’ve been hard at work enhancing FieldLogix for the past quarter and this announcement is part 1 of our exciting suite of enhancements for Q1 of 2026. We plan on launching an additional suite of new features in February.
Fleet Ownership Tracking
You now have the ability to save ownership details for your vehicles in the Manage Fleet section. This includes the company and division assignments, license plate number and license state, tag expiration, number of axles, purchase type (lease, purchase, rental), acquisition date, end date, payment amount, payee, and contract number. You can even add and manage vehicles without GPS trackers and dash cameras to our system for ownership tracking. The new Fleet Details report gives you the ability to view all of this data in one report.
Fleet Details Importer
Import all fleet vehicle ownership details into FieldLogix via a spreadsheet upload. The details that can be uploaded include:
– Vehicle year, make, model, VIN
– Tax expiration
– Fuel economy
– Number of axles
– Notes
– License plate & state
– Purchase type
– Acquisition date
– Lease end date
– Payee name
– Contract number
Fleet Details Report
Our Fleet Details report provides you with the ownership details of your vehicles. This includes:
– The ability to view all vehicles in your fleet (even if they don’t have trackers installed)
– The ability to search for vehicles by VIN
– Dashboard odometer readings
– License plate & state info
– Tag expiration dates
– Purchase date
– Lease expiration date
– Payment amount
– Payee name
– Contract number
Servicetrade Routing Integration
Your dispatchers can now plan and optimize your technicians’ routes within Servicetrade. This groundbreaking feature gives your dispatchers the ability to plan routes and dispatch jobs to your techs more efficiently. This will result in reduced windshield time and will help you maximize revenue.
Servicetrade default radius
You now have the ability to customize the default radius for all Servicetrade jobs that are automatically added to FieldLogix. This helps to ensure that your job site geofences are large enough to properly track jobsite entry and exit times. This is setup in the FieldLogix bridge.
Foundation Software Integration
We now offer an integration with Foundation Software. With this integration, we will create a landmark/geofence around your Foundation dispatched jobs and will update your Foundation timeclock records each time your vehicles enter and exit the jobsites.
Safety Scorecard - Profile Name
Our safety scorecard report now includes the names of the profiles that the vehicles are assigned to. This helps you quickly identify which speeding rules are being used to determine the number of speed infractions in the report.
Bug Fixes
We’ve addressed several bugs and made additional user experience enhancements. This includes:
– Clicking on links in our notification reports will now take you immediately to the report displaying the infraction in the FieldLogix portal.
– We addressed an issue where the maintenance threshold in notification emails wasn’t accurately reflecting custom maintenance reminder thresholds.
– We added more details to the maintenance reminder emails.
– We updated the filters in our maintenance schedule page to ensure that the filter works properly for vehicles approaching the maintenance thresholds.
– The subject line for our impact notification email now indicates that it is a critical alert.
