November 2023 FieldLogix Feature Enhancements

Speeding Notifications

Users can now setup separate alerts for posted speed violations and maximum speed violations. This gives you the ability to determine how you want to be notified for each type of speeding event.  To manage this setting, go to Settings > Manage Notifications. You can then edit your existing notifications profile to update the setting.

Aggressive Driving Notifications

You now have the ability to setup individual notifications for different types of aggressive driving events.  These include: hard starts, hard stops, and hard turns.  This gives you the ability to specify how you wish to be alerted when specific aggressive driving events occur.  To setup your notifications, go to settings > manage notifications and edit one of your profiles.

Notifications Report Filter

Our notifications report now has filters that give you the ability to run the report for certain types of notifications.  This gives you quicker access to the information that you need.  To run the report, go to reports > notifications and select the filter from the “Type” dropdown.

Posted Speed Limit Management

We are implementing a new process that allows our support personnel to manually update posted speed limits.  This will significantly reduce the amount of time that it takes for us to update these records as it no longer requires the involvement of our developers.

Map Updates

We implemented a map update that will provide more accurate posted speeds for highway on-ramps, off-ramps, and frontage roads.  This will reduce the likelihood that driving on these non-highway roads will display inaccurate posted speed limits.

User Experience Updates

We made several user experience updates to eliminate any potential confusion by our users. We also made several updates to address unexpected issues that could occur under certain circumstances.

Dispatch Feature Updates

Goose Feedback Report

We corrected an issue where the feedback emails from clients were displaying a malformed date and time value for the feedback submission times.

Dispatch Activity Report

We cleaned up this report to remove the duplicate address and label values that were displaying in the description column.

Upcoming Releases

We are continuing to enhance our driver scorecard feature. We are also enhancing our Wennsoft integration and we are in the process of integrating our system into Fleetio.
