Driver Dashboard Improves Driver Behavior
Driver Dashboard
We now offer scorecards that can be accessed by your drivers to review their current scores, how they compare to the rest of your fleet, and their trending scores over time. Drivers can access their safety scorecard, sustainability scorecard, crash risk report, and their local weather forecast. The dashboard gives them the ability to self-monitor and correct their behaviors on a regular basis. This feature is currently available in our Goose Android and iPhone apps for our FLX / Standard plan users and above. If you have access to the manage drivers page in our settings section, you can add drivers and enable this feature. If you do not have access to the manage drivers page, reach out to support@fieldlogix.com to have it enabled.
Goose Dashcam Player
Drivers who have dash cams installed in their vehicles can retrieve videos within our Goose mobile app. This gives drivers the ability to retrieve video while out in the field in order to prove that they are not at fault during accidents.
Unlimited Reports
We’ve removed the 90 day retrieval limit for a majority of our fleet tracking reports. You can now pull historical reports going further back than the past 90 days. This gives you the ability to retrieve extensive vehicle history in case it is needed for auditing, compliance, and verification of work completed.
Servicetrade Scheduling
Servicetrade users now have the ability to plan optimal routes for appointments and automatically schedule them for the techs. The schedules include travel time between jobs, giving you the ability to maximize service hours and reduce overtime costs.
Servicetrade Job Site Arrival & Departure Tracking
Our Servicetrade integration now filters jobsite arrival and departure times by appointment dates and assigned technicians. This helps to improve the accuracy of job site entry and exit records to ensure that they just display activities for technicians assigned to the jobs.
Quicker Fulfilment Times
In an effort to minimize downtime for malfunctioning equipment, we’ve partnered with a leading fulfillment provider to dramatically reduce fulfillment times for warranty replacements and new orders. In most cases, smaller add on orders and warranty replacements can now be shipped within 1 day of order placement. Overall, we expect that orders will be delivered 1 to 2 weeks quicker than in the past.
Bug Fixes & Other Enhancements
We’ve addressed several bugs and added enhancements:
- Dash camera streaming: In some cases, dash cameras would fail to stream on the first attempt. This is often due to a weak wireless signal. We added multiple retry attempts in case the video fails to play on the first attempt.
- Bulk fleet uploader bug: Some fields were required when uploading a .csv file with fleet vehicles. This would cause the file to fail to upload. This issue has since been resolved.
