Field Technologies Adds Charles Jadallah To Its Board Of Advisors

San Diego, CA — April 4, 2004 — Field Technologies, a leading provider of GPS vehicle and equipment tracking systems has added Charles Jadallah to its Board of Advisors.

Charles Jadallah is a senior executive with strong strategic and business experience in the e-finance, e-commerce, software, and venture capital fields. He has held management positions at e-Colony, Oracle, Netscape, and Visa and works closely with select private companies. He will help us develop our strategy and financing objectives.

Most recently, Mr. Jadallah was Managing Director for Operation’s for e-Colony, an Internet Capital Group Company with $500M for investment in early stage investment opportunities. From 1998-2000 he worked with Oracle in their business and corporate development groups creating business development, e-commerce, and VC strategies. From 1994-98 Mr. Jadallah worked for Netscape Communications as senior director business development for the financial services sector. Prior to Netscape, Mr. Jadallah spent 12 years at Visa International in key positions including strategic planning, business/product development, and network planning. Charlie sits on several advisory and board positions including RiskWatch, C2-Net (acquired by Redhat), Allbrite (acquired by Planar), Nanobiz (acquired by VeriSign), Securify, Fidesic, and Merchant e-Solutions.

Mr. Jadallah holds an MBA from College of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance & Investments from San Diego State University.
