Servicetrade Route Scheduling
Our Servicetrade integration now gives you the ability to optimize routes and automatically schedule and dispatch them to your technicians. The update factors in traffic times between your appointments and plots the appointments on your technician’s calendars. This removes the manual step of dragging and dropping your appointments from the dispatch queue. This feature will help you reduce windshield time and maximize service times.

Servicetrade Job Site Arrival & Departure Tracking
Our Servicetrade integration now filters vehicle jobsite arrival and departure times by appointment dates and assigned technicians. This helps to improve the accuracy of job site entry and exit records to ensure that they just display activities for the technicians assigned to the jobs on the actual day of the jobs.
Servicetrade Scheduling
Servicetrade users now have the ability to plan optimal routes for appointments and automatically schedule them for the techs. The schedules include travel time between jobs, giving you the ability to maximize service hours and reduce overtime costs.
Improved Map Filters
We’ve updated several of our map filters to improve the user experience of the Servicetrade Chrome Extension map. This includes a filter to search for scheduled and unscheduled appointments by due dates. These enhancements make it easier to view the data that you need.
