Improve Fleet Safety with Driver Comparisons
Safety Scorecard Enhancements
We now give you the ability to provide your drivers with their individual safety scores. The graphic shows how they compare to the rest of the fleet and how their scores have been trending over the past few months. This gives your drivers more visibility into their own performance compared to the rest of your fleet. To view their individual results, click on the vehicle’s label on the driver safety scorecard. You also have a print option should you decide to print and distribute them to your drivers. We are also working on making the report available in our iPhone and Android apps during Q3 of 2025.
Vehicle Ownership Details
You now have the ability to save your vehicles’ ownership details in our Manage Fleet section. This includes number of axles per vehicle as well as purchase details. This gives you more power to manage the lifecycles of your fleet vehicles.
Latitude & Longitude in Stop Details Report Export
Our export file for the Stop Details report includes latitude and longitudes for each location. This is helpful if you would like to import this data into another mapping system to visualize activity density at certain locations by drivers.
Servicetrade Chrome Extension
We created a new Servicetrade Chrome extension that is compatible with the new Servicetrade portal. The map is now visible in the “New Schedule” page within Servicetrade. This saves your users from toggling between the legacy and new Servicetrade portals to view the FieldLogix + Servicetrade maps. Download the new map here.
Address Auto-Complete Update
We now support auto-complete for addresses in the US, Canada, Mexico, and Australia. Users can now quickly find addresses in these countries in the closest vehicle search as well as in our dispatching module.
Additional User Activity Logging
We now have the ability to log more actions by system users. This includes vehicle, notification and group edits. Retrieving the details of these actions is possible by opening a support ticket.
Camera Recordings
We added additional logic that would improve the performance of the camera recordings page. Users will now experience fewer delays in loading dash camera recordings.
Admin User Permissions
We resolved an issue where admin users with full fleet access where only able to view groups assigned to them.
Android Goose App Update
We resolved an issue where proof of service images on Android devices may display in low resolution for some users.
