Ice Cream Trucks Latest Fleet to use GPS Tracking

The iconic sound that excites children and adults alike may soon be retired. Starting today, those craving a a sweet treat will be able to use GPS tracking to keep tabs on their favorite ice cream truck.
The move is part of O2 Business’s strategy to show businesses of all sizes and products how technology can benefit them. Tony Fresko, owner of the 19-truck fleet that’s been outfitted with the GPS tracking system, is happy customers can now seek him out.
Currently, the app used to track the trucks is only available to Android users during its month-long trial. Drivers will also be able to book dairy, manage costs, and plan routes while on the move.
