FieldLogix Fulfillment Process

Learn about the process used to get you up and running

Once your order is submitted, there are a few additional steps that are required to ensure that your system is properly setup and functional. The items below outline the various steps in the fulfillment and setup process.

Telematics & Camera Products

 

1. FieldLogix Product Order & Service Agreement
This is the initial step in the ordering process. We will send you a Product Order & Service Agreement to be eSigned to get the order started.

2. Finance Documents
If you are financing your equipment, we will send you a small document packet within 1 to 2 days after step 1 to be signed and returned to us.

3. Vehicle Worksheet
After step 1, we will send you a template vehicle worksheet to be completed and returned to us. It will be used to determine what types of devices and cables that we will provide you based on vehicle or equipment type.

4. Order Fulfillment
Once we receive the completed vehicle worksheet, we will pull and configure the equipment from our inventory.  If the order is larger than our inventory on hand, then we will have to place an order with the manufacturer.  The table below displays our targeted fulfillment times based on order sizes.
1 to 20 Devices: 7 to 21 Business Days
21+ Devices: 21 to 45 Business Days

Manufacturer delays, including supply chain disruptions, may extend our targeted fulfillment times.

5. Device Installation
If you are installing the equipment yourself, this timeline is based on your schedule. You can access our installation guides on our support site.

If you are using our installation services, the work can be scheduled upon receipt of the equipment. Just email us at support@fieldlogix.com when you are ready to schedule the work and we will issue a work order to the local installer. Upon issuing the work order, we will email you the installer’s contact details so you can reach out to them directly. Lead times can vary from 1 week to 6 weeks based on your vehicles’ availability, the installer’s availability, and the logistics of the project.

6. Training
We offer free on-line training on most Thursdays at 9am PT, but we can also schedule special one on one training sessions for your users. Training is provided at no additional cost. It is typically best to complete the training after your installations have commenced so your users can put their knowledge to use right away. You can register for training here.
