FieldLogix has released an industry-leading feature that further helps fleets GET MORE DONE by eliminating the hassles typically involved with the fleet tracking device installation and activation process. With most providers, the customer must install the tracking devices, release the vehicles, and then wait for the provider to activate the device while the vehicle is long gone from the shop. If the activation fails, the customer is often left waiting for days, or even weeks, for the vehicle to return in order to fix a malfunctioning unit.
With the EzInstaller portal, fleet managers can now activate and test their own units on their smartphones or via our website before releasing the vehicles into the field. This ensures the devices are activated immediately and functioning properly before they hit the road.
