We are excited to announce several new feature updates for our October 2022 release. This release includes enhancements to our reports, new notifications settings, additional vehicle management capabilities, and new ways to identify device power loss issues.
Power Disconnect Report
You can now view a report listing any disconnected devices in the Power Disconnect Report. This gives you a list of any currently disconnected tracking devices as well as history of devices that have been disconnected in the past. You can use this report to quickly determine which devices are unplugged from their power supply. It also provides you with evidence of any potential device tampering issues. To access this report, go to Reports > Power Disconnect.
Fleet Sustainability Report Improvements
We renamed the Excessive Fuel report as the Fleet Sustainability report to better reflect its value in helping to improve fleet sustainability.
Scorecard Improvements
You now have the ability to filter the detailed scorecard report by groups. This makes it easier to break safety scores out by groups of drivers.
Scheduled Reports
We added two additional reports to the Scheduled Reports settings. These are the Aggressive Driving report and the Fleet Sustainability report. You can setup these scheduled reports to send these reports to your designated personnel to give them insight into unsafe driving activity and poor driving habits that waste fuel. To manage your scheduled reports, go to Settings > Report Scheduling.
Vehicle Inspections Report Improvements
We added two minor updates to the vehicle inspections report. The report now displays the correct vehicle label instead of the vehicle’s number. We also display “Not Provided” when pictures are not uploaded during vehicle inspections. This provides more clarity that a picture wasn’t saved as part of the vehicle inspection.
Aggressive Driving & Impact Notifications
You can now setup aggressive driving notifications to alert you instantly when your vehicles encounter hard braking, rapid acceleration, and hard turning events. You can also setup impact notifications to alert specific users when your vehicles are involved in an impact event. To set the notifications, go to Settings > Manage Notifications.
Assigning Notification Profiles in Manage Fleet
You can now assign existing notification profiles to your vehicles in the Manage Fleet section. This gives you more flexibility when assigning or reassigning existing notification profiles to other vehicles in your fleet. To assign notification profiles to your assets, go to Manage Fleet and click edit for one of your assets.
You now have the ability to add vehicles to your fleet on your own. This eliminates the need to reach out to support when you want to add additional vehicles to your fleet.
Add Individual Vehicles
You can create individual vehicles in the system and assign your existing devices to them. To add vehicles, go to Settings > Manage Fleet and click the Create Vehicle button.
Bulk Upload Vehicles
You can also bulk upload several vehicles as a .csv file. This gives you the ability to quickly upload a larger list of vehicles to the system at one time. To bulk upload vehicles, go to Settings > Manage Fleet and click on the Upload Fleet button.
We added new icons to the data view and map view pages to identify devices that are currently disconnected from the vehicle’s power or may be losing their battery’s charge soon. This gives you an easier way to identify devices that are not updating due to a power interruption and any asset trackers that may lose their battery’s charge soon.
Power Disconnected Icon
The power disconnected icon displays on the data view and map view pages to show you that the device has been unplugged from the vehicle’s power supply. It is an easy way to identify devices that may have been removed or unplugged by the drivers.
Low Battery Icon
The low battery icon displays for battery powered trackers that have low batteries. This helps you identify which trackers may require a battery recharge or replacement soon.
